Jules
Kaplan, Chairman / Founder,
has twelve years of Payments industry
experience, including as Founder / President
of ChekFaxx Development Corporation. Mr.
Kaplan was also the Founder and President of
M/D Systems, an Accounts Receivable
insurance preparation management company for
the Medical Profession, which was
successfully acquired by Bristol Meyers in
1970. Mr. Kaplan was involved in several
manufacturing companies as a CEO, was a
field Auditor for the Internal Revenue
Service and is a retired CPA. He has been
actively involved in software development
since 1958. Mr. Kaplan developed the initial
application for Inovium Corporation and was
responsible for the initial vision of the
company. Mr. Kaplan received a B.Sc from the
University of Southern California in
Business and Accounting.

Joseph
Meshi, President/CEO,
is business management professional,
specializing in technology companies. In the
past 37 years Mr. Meshi has formed or
managed more than a dozen diverse start-up
and rapid-growth companies, most with
leading-edge technologies. He also turned
around two failing companies These ventures
ranged from raw startups such as Conographic,
to business units or divisions of Fortune
500 companies such as Hughes Aircraft and AM
International, to public companies such as
Micro General. Mr. Meshi earned a B.Sc. in
Aerospace Engineering and a M.Sc. in
Mechanical Engineering from the Polytechnic
University, a M.Sc. in Systems Management
from the University of Southern California
and an M.B.A. in Finance from the San Diego
State University.

Todd
French, Chief Operating Officer, Executive
Director of Marketing
– recognized as an innovative and successful
entrepreneur, Mr. French has successfully
launched a number of businesses with a
concentration in unique online marketing
strategies and innovative business models.
Mr. French is the founder and President of
StringWorks, one of the world’s leading
violin-family stringed instrument retailers,
and DaCapo Stringed Instruments – a musical
instrument wholesaler. Prior to founding
StringWorks and DaCapo, Mr. French served as
Director and Expert-in-charge of the Fine
Musical Instrument department at
Butterfields auction house where he directed
all efforts for appraisals, cataloguing as
well as the auctioning of fine instruments.
Mr. French earned a B.M. in Cello
Performance from Illinois Wesleyan
University and an M.M. in Cello Performance
from the University of Southern California.
He also currently serves as a professional
cellist with the Los Angeles Opera. |
Sabin
Posea, Director of Software Development,
is a system engineering professional with
awards won for programming (e.g., UPB Award
for Linux Programming). His area of
expertise also covers automatic controls for
both software and hardware systems. Mr.
Posea has earned his B.S. in Computer
Science, Automatic Control Systems (Genetic
Algorithms Used for Route Optimization), at
the University "Politehnica" in Bucharest,
Romania.
Mr. Posea has been involved in the
development of the Inovium Electronic
Invoice Payment and Presentment Application
