We simplify the transition from the traditional paper-based invoicing and payment processes to electronic funds, with full management control and reporting The Inovium Electronic Funds (IEF) is a software application that interfaces to your existing accounting package via the Internet. Except for an optional check scanner, the system does not require the user to purchase or install any software or computer hardware. Implementation of the system is simple – none of our people needs to visit your facility - and it may be up and running within 2 days of order. It is easy to learn and use. Please note that Inovium’s standard service agreement is month-to-month, we do NOT require a long-term contract. Additional features of the IEF system include – • The system servers are hosted in a fully secured Class A facility, protected by security guards and biometric access control. The facility sits on two electrical power grids, is supported by two backup power generators and is further backed up with a standby diesel generator. • Sensitive transactions are dually encrypted using 256 bit technologies which is even higher security then used by most U.S. banking institution. • Besides the data center’s own redundant operation, every four hours and over a secured network, the Inovium system executes a scheduled backup of the database to an external server in Wisconsin. In addition, a manual backup of the full system is executed on a monthly basis and is stored in Las Vegas and in Europe. • The system is password protected and accessible you and your staff on a 24/7 basis via any Internet-enabled computer. • Maintenance of the application is always done at Inovium’s premises, and all changes are instantly available to all of our users.
